Lori Feathers
Ms. Feathers is Associate General Counsel – International at Pioneer Natural Resources Company in Dallas, Texas where she handles legal issues related to Pioneer’s international business. Prior to joining Pioneer, Lori was a senior associate with the law firm of Haynes and Boone where she focused her practice on international investment transactions and international corporate compliance. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Lori was international counsel at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), and from 1993-97, she worked as an attorney at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C. Lori is the Immediate Past-Chair of the State Bar of Texas International Law Section. She has served on the Boards of Literacy Instruction for Texas (LIFT) and the Organization of Women in International Trade.
