Andy Christensen
Mr. Christensen serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the WCF Board of Trustees. He joins us as current President of Medical Modeling Inc. in Golden, Colorado. He has been with MMI since 1996 serving initially as General Manager, advancing to President in 2000. MMI produces highly accurate physical models derived from medical imaging modalities such as CT and MRI. MMI holds numerous patents and is a worldwide leader in medical modeling.
Mr. Christensen is a prolific author with more than 45 published articles on modeling, prototyping, manufacturing, imaging, tooling and use in related surgeries. He has presented his work in dozens of conferences worldwide. He is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the International Society for Computer Assisted Surgery (ISCAS), the International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE), and DICOM WG 22 and ADA SCDE WG 12.1.
